Terms of Service

ReadySet is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides mock interview practice with adaptive AI feedback, and a desktop Live Assist overlay for real-time interview coaching. The Service uses large language models (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to generate interview questions, evaluate responses, and provide answer suggestions.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide (resume, profile data).
• Safeguarding any API keys you configure through the bring-your-own-key (BYOK) feature.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Share your account credentials or desktop authentication tokens with others.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without prior written consent.

ReadySet offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Credit packs, if purchased, are non-refundable and do not expire while your account is active.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

The Service uses AI models to generate interview questions, feedback, scores, and answer suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for educational and preparation purposes only. It should not be considered professional career advice.
• AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for evaluating and using this content at your own discretion.
• Interview scores and feedback are AI-generated estimates and do not guarantee any particular interview outcome.
• Content generated by the AI during your sessions belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or the AI's responses to your inputs.

The Live Assist feature provides real-time interview coaching via a desktop overlay application. By using Live Assist, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated suggestions during interviews. ReadySet does not encourage or endorse dishonest conduct.
• The desktop application captures screen content and audio during active sessions to provide real-time analysis.
• You should comply with all applicable laws and the policies of any organization whose interview you are participating in.

The ReadySet platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the property of ReadySet and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (interview preparation).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadySet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
